ACT!

ACT! Training – Our standard level of ACT! training will provide an overview of: creating a contact database, basics of adding contacts, managing contacts, scheduling activities, perform lookups, create groups, and create reports, along with creating letters, envelopes and labels for mailings from your contact database.

In our second level of ACT! training will provide an overview of: Customization of  toolbar, use the “sales opportunity” feature for managing your sales pipeline including customization of the sales pipeline, using ‘groups’ to manage contacts for mailing.

Consulting is also available on database customization:  Layout design,  field additions, field customization, report customization, and template customization.
